Customised Advice

This option is available to customers who require one-off training and/or nutrition and/or cycle advice.

The way it works is if you want help with advice on specific coaching topics such as cycles, training programs and nutrition plans then you email mark@synthetek.uk to let me know your requirements then I will inform you how many units of advice you will require, which are priced in minutes so for example 1 hour consultation/advice will cost you £60. After that you place your order and make your payment and your specific advice pack will be provided to you in the agreed method (typically online video call).

This service DOES NOT mean that you can't email about product enquiries which of course you can continue to do as normal. This is set up only for specific customised advice and is mainly for the clients that I work with on a regular basis.

Mark Meridius started Synthetek UK as a distributor of Synthetek (Australia) products after using them himself for several years and he will only be involved with any selling products he believes in and has personally used and endorses and highly effective.

Mark Meridius has been involved in competing for almost a decade and has been serious about weight training since he was 19 years old, but he only started competitive bodybuilding at the age of 41, after a deteriorating elbow issue that forced him to quit his main love, martial arts where he is a Black Belt in Modern Street Combatunder the Self Defence Federation (SDF/ASMMA). During this time he also featured in the book "Fight To Win" by Martin Dougherty which is available HERE
